dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu struktury odběratelů a klasifikaci jejich požadavků ve Sponce. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní poznatky týkající se dané problematiky. V praktické části je nejprve provedena charakteristika Sponky, dále analýza odběratelů a jejich rozdělení do skupin a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Nakonec jsou vysloveny závěry a doporučení pro Sponku.	cs
