Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje zásob ve firmě Plastika, a.s., se sídlem v Kroměříži. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části se zabývá významem zásob, jejich členěním, řízením, ukazateli, skladováním, dopravou. V praktické části je popsána charakteristika firmy Plastika, a.s., její organizační struktura, výrobkový sortiment, skladování, doprava, analýza stavu a vývoje zásob, zejména materiálu a nedokončené výroby. Závěr práce obsahuje návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení řízení zásob ve firmě. |

This bachelor work is intent on issues dealing with development of reserves in the company Plastika, a.s. with seat in Kroměříž. My thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part is intent on theoretical knowledges from the area of reserves, division of reserves, ma-naging, indexes, warehousing, transportation. The practical part is described characteristic of company Plastika, a.s., organizational structure, product assortment, warehousing, transportation, analysis situation and development of reserves, especially material and semi-finished products. Conclusion of my thesis contains suggestions and recommendation for improvement of inventory management. |
