dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením zásob zboží v obchodním podniku SPAR Česká obchodní společnost, s.r.o. ve Starém Městě. Teoretická část je zaměřena na dělení zásob, řízení zásob, systémy řízení zásob a dále na náklady spojené se zásobami a jejich minimalizaci. Obsahem praktické části je představení podniku, seznámení se s jeho systémy řízení zásob, a navržením lepšího řešení v případě problematických oblastí.	cs
