Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření obce Sedliště v letech 2007-2009. Teoretická část je zaměřena na postavení obce v rámci veřejného sektoru, legislativu upravující její činnost, orgány obce, její hospodaření a finanční analýzu. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou. Na základě výkazů pro hodnocení plnění rozpočtu za roky 2007-2009 a dalších podkladů, je provedena analýza hospodaření obce Sedliště. Zaměřena je hlavně na změny v oblasti příjmů a výdajů obce. Na závěr posoudím, zda je obec schopna splácet úvěr, o který bude žádat v souvislosti s rozvojem obce. |

This Bachelor thesis is aimed to evaluation of management of municipality Sedliště in the years 2007-2009. The theoretical part is focused on the status of municipalities in the public sector, the legislation governing its activities, the authorities of the municipality, its management and financial analysis. The practical part follows the theoretical part. The analysis of municipality Sedliště is made on the data obtained from statements for evaluation of the budget implementation for the years 2007-2009 and other documents. It is focused mainly on changes of incomes and expeces of the municipality. In conclusion, I will consider whether the municipality is able to repay a loan which will ask about in connection with the development of the municipality. |
