dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je charakterizovat BIO produkci drůbeže a její srovnání s konvenční produkcí. Část práce se věnuje legislativě v souvislosti s BIO produkcí, jejími současnými trendy a vyhlídkou do budoucna. V práci je také věnována pozornost chemickému složení kuřecího masa. V praktické části jsou poté vyhodnoceny údaje získané pomocí dotazníků o spotřebě BIO kuřecího masa v České republice.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My work is aim on characteristic of the BIO production of poultry and its comparison with conventional production. One part of this work is about law directives that are connected with BIO production, following with description of nowadays trends and possibilities in the future. Work is also focused on chemistry of chicken meat. In practical part are evaluated data about consumption of BIO chicken meat in Czech republic.	en
