dc.description.abstract	Pohotovost hasiče charakteristickým způsobem reagovat na určité podněty se nazývá postoj. Pomocí seberegulačních vlastností hasič usměrňuje (vyvolává, ovládá, potlačuje, ) své vlastní prožívání a chování. Důležitá je tedy schopnost ovládat se bez emocionálního výstupního chování. Adjektiva, na jejichž základě se hodnotí povaha, míra a kvalita prožívání a aktivace, resp. povaha obvyklého (pro toho kterého jedince příznačného) či aktualizovaného (okolnostmi vyvolaného) psychického stavu jsou výsledkem statistického zpracování. Obsahem práce je použití multivariační faktorové analýzy systému SUPSO na souboru hasičů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	We call the fireman's ability to react in a characteristic way to certain stimulus a position. Using his(her) self-regulation capacity the fireman manages to deal with his experience without being emotional (letting this know to the others). The terms (adjectives) that describe the nature, quality and extent of experience and activation/position or the nature and quality of the mental condition of the fireman typical in common as well as induced situations are subject to statistics. This work deals with application of the Multivariation factor analysis of the SUPSO system on the group of firemen.	en
