dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na aspekty nezaměstnanosti ve vztahu k duševnímu psychotickému onemocnění u osob ve stavu remise. V teoretické části je rozebrán pojem nezaměstnanost s důrazem na sociální aspekty. Dále je přiblíženo psychotické onemocnění, jeho vznik, průběh, sociální dopady a specifika vztahující se k zaměstnávání osob s tímto duševním onemocněním. Práce předkládá současné možnosti podpory v oblasti zaměstnávání této cílové skupiny. Praktická část je zpracována kombinovaným výzkumem, jehož cílem je zjištění pracovních zkušeností, vlivu zaměstnání na kvalitu života a zmapování postojů k zaměstnání u osob s psychotickým onemocněním. Praktická část je doplněna o návrh projektu sociálního poradenství v oblasti zaměstnanosti pro tuto cílovou skupinu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on aspects of unemployment in relation to the mental, psychotic illness, in persons in a state of remission. The theoretical part deals with the concept of unemployment with an emphasis on social aspects.Furthermore, it describes the psychotic illness, its origin, course, social impacts and specifics relating to the employment of people with this mental illness. The thesis also presents the current support options for the employment of this target group. The practical part is processed using a combined research aimed at finding work experience and impact on quality of life and the mapping of attitudes to employment of people with psychotic illness. Practical part complements the proposal of the project of social assistance for employment of this target group.	en
