Hlavním cílem mé práce je podat ucelený pohled na problematiku financování investičních záměrů, která je jednou ze stěžejních aktivit podniku. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmem investice a metodami hodnocení daných investic. Zároveň jsou zde popsány a zhodnoceny rozmanité zdroje, kterými mohou být investice financovány. Poslední část teorie tvoří finanční analýza na základě které budu posuzovat efektivnost jednotlivých druhu financování. V praktické části budu aplikovat teoretické poznatky na konkrétní vybrané firmě. Začnu nejprve charakteristikou firmy, pak její finanční analýzou, uvedením konkrétního investičního záměru a následným hodnocením několika navrhovaných variant financování daného investičního záměru. |

The main aim of my essay is a complex illustration of financial resources for investment projects, which is one of the main activities of every company. In the part of theory there's described the term of the inverstment and methods of their evaluation. There're also mentioned and classificated different financial sources of investments. The last part of the theoretical part is the finacial analysis, that is important for evaluation of the efficiency of each financial source. In the practical part there will be applied skills from the theoretical part to concrete company. Practical part contains the characteristic of the company, its financial analysis, introduction of the concrete investment project and final evaluation of designed variations of financing of the investment project. |
