Diplomová práce se zabývá složkami IZS Olomouckého kraje, jejich připraveností na mi-mořádnou událost spojenou s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek. Vybrané nebezpeč-né chemické látky jsou amoniak, který se nachází v zimním stadionu v centru města Olo-mouc a chlór, který se nachází v plaveckém bazénu v centru města. V této práci byl použit softwarový program TerEx přístupný na fakultě FLKŘ v Uherském Hradišti pro zjištění úniku dané látky. |

This master thesis deals with preparedness of the Integrated Rescues System of the Olo-mouc region to deal with emergency situations connected to the leak of the dangerous chemical substances. Most important substances are ammonia, which can be found in the ice stadium located in the center of the city and chlorine, which is located in the city swimming pool. TerEx computer programme on Faculty of the Logistic and Crisis Man-agement was used to detect leak of the given substance. |
