dc.description.abstract	Cílem tohoto projektu je analyzovat proces kompletace náhradních dílů, najít možné nedostatky či plýtvání a na základě toho navrhnout odpovídající reengineering analyzovaného procesu. Pro analytickou část autorka zvolila procesní analýzu, kterou podpořila mapou hodnotového toku. Výsledky tohoto zkoumání odhalily jisté nedostatky, rezervy a prostor pro zlepšení procesu. Nejvíce prostru pro zlepšení autorka shledává v organizační struktuře, rozvržení pracoviště a řízení materiálu. Tyto poznatky úzce souvisí s dynamickým vývojem firmy a celoročně probíhajícími transfery náhradních dílů z Anglie do Lutína. Autorka navrhla jistá doporučení, která byla již částečně implementována. Tyto doporučení mají pozitivní vliv na vývoj procesu, což dokazuje zkrácení doby kompletace dílů a následné zvýšení počtu odeslaných kusů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to analyze the process of ?kitting? spare parts and to find possible deficiencies or waste during the process. Based on these findings should be suggested appropriate recommendation for reengineering of this process. To do this analyze the author selected the Process analysis supported by Value Stream Map. The results of this analysis recognized certain deficiencies, reserves and thus possibility for process improvement. The best opportunity for improvement in this process is organizational structure, layout and material management . These findings are connected with dynamic development of this company and also ongoing transfers of spare parts from UK to Lutín. The author suggested certain recommendations. Some of them have already been implemented. The results have positive influence on process evolution which is proved by shortening of kitting time and then increased quantity of shipped goods.	en
