Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit se s právními předpisy týkajícími se národnostních a etnických menšin a zjistit, jak jsou převedeny do reálného života. Práce je zaměřena zejména na možnost vzdělávání příslušníků národnostních menšin. V teoretické části vás autorka seznámí s nejdůležitějšími dokumenty mezinárodního i tuzemského charakteru. V praktické části nejdříve zmapuje počet menšin a jimi vytvořených organizací v České republice. Poté svou pozornost zaměří na systém vzdělávání a dotační programy Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy. Dále se zaměří i na média, která se věnují národnostním menšinám. Na konci práce porovná některá ustanovení zákonů s jejich převedením do reálného života. |

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to become familiar with legal regulations concerning national and ethnic minorities and find out how these regulations are transfered to real life. The work is focused mainly on possibilities of education of national minorities. In theoretic part the author will introduce you the most important international and domestic instruments. In practical part she will map the number of minorities and their organizations created in the Czech Republic. Then her attention will be focused on the educational systém and grand programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. She will also focus on the media devoted to national minorities. In the end she will compare some legal provisions with their transfer into real life. |
