dc.description.abstract	V mé bakalářské práci jsem se snažil popsat problematiku řízení a evidence pohledávek ve firmě. V teoretické části jsem se pokusil přiblížit podnik, podnikové okolí a metody pro zpracování finanční analýzy. V následné části jsem se zabýval vznikem, evidencí, řízením, zajištěním a zánikem pohledávek. Praktická část byla věnována společnosti SP výroba s.r.o Provedl jsem finanční analýzu společnosti a následnou analýzu pohledávek. V poslední části jsem se pokusil navrhnout opatření k lepšímu řízení pohledávek v dané firmě.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my Bachelor thesis I tried to describe the matters of claims management and accounting in a chosen company. In the theoretical part, I tried to approach the basic knowledge rela-ted to the company, the company environment and methods for processing a financial analysis. The following part deals with claims origination, records, management, provision and termination. The practical part was devoted to the company SP výroba Ltd. I performed the company's financial analysis and subsequently the claims analysis. In the last section I tried to suggest measures to improve the company's claims management.	en
