Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vzdělávací aktivity pro řídící pracovníky krizové manažery v obcích a městech. Bakalářská práce je strukturována do dvou částí. V první části - teoretické, je proveden literární průzkum, formulována teoretická východiska pro analýzu manažerských kompetencí řídících pracovníků se zaměřením na krizové manažery a objasněny požadavky na osobnostní a profesní vlastnosti a znalosti krizových manažerů. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum manažerských kompetencí krizových manažerů - starostů měst a obcí ve Zlínském kraji a formulovány závěry a doporučení. |

The aim of bachelor's thesis is to make educational activities for executive crisis managers in villages and towns. The bachelor's thesis is structured in two parts. In the first part - the theoretical part, available literary sources are explored, theoretical basis for analysing managerial competencies of the executives, focusing on crisis managers are formulated and requirements for personal and professional qualities and knowledge of crisis managers are expounded. Research of management competencies of crisic managers - city's and villiges mayors of the Zlín region was executed in the practical part and conclusions and recommendations were formulated. |
