Diplomová práce ?Nezaměstnanost a její dopad na životní styl? se zabývá velmi aktuálním tématem ? nezaměstnaností, která se stala nedílnou součástí dnešní doby. Předmětem této práce je poukázat na negativní důsledky nezaměstnanosti, specifikovat rizikové skupiny, které jsou dlouhodobou nezaměstnaností nejvíce ohroženy a zmínit nástroje, kterými se stát snaží proti nezaměstnanosti bojovat. Dalším úkolem je analýza zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti ve Zlínském kraji včetně SWOT analýzy trhu práce. Nedílnou součástí práce je vyhodnocení dotazníkové šetření provedené-ho mezi nezaměstnanými na Úřadu práce ve Zlíně. Na základě tohoto výzkumu je následně zpracován projekt, jehož cílem je snížení počtu dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných. |

Diploma thesis ?Unemployment and its impact on the lifestyle? deals with the very actual topic ? unemployment, that has become an integral part of today. The subject of this thesis is to point out the negative impacts of the unemployment, to spec-ify the vulnerable groups that are most endangered by the long-term unemployment and to mention the instruments of active labour policy used to reduce the unemployment. The further goal is the analysis of the employment and unemployment in the district of Zlín including SWOT analysis of the labour market. One of the most important sections is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey among the unemployed who are in evidence at La-bour Office in Zlín. On the basis of this research the project is made, which should lead to the reduction of the long-term unemployment. |
