dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem reengineeringu jednotlivých procesů, které jsou spo-jeny s fungováním internetového obchodu společnosti XY spol. s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy základní informace, týkající se reengineeringu, podnikových procesů, pod-nikání v oblasti e-commerce a internetového marketingu. Praktická část obsahuje podrob-nou analýzu současného stavu jednotlivých procesů. V projektové části je navržen reengi-neering neefektivních procesů společně s doporučeními na zlepšení stávající situace.	cs
