Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení finanční situace obce Veselá v letech 2007 - 2010. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit, jak obec Veselá hospodaří a navrhnout možná řešení zjištěné finanční situace obce a dále také odhadnout budoucí vývoj obce. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou za pomoci odborné literatury objasněny základní pojmy vztahující se k danému tématu, jako obec, rozpočet obce, příjmy a výdaje obce, finanční analýza. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou. Zabývá se analýzou hospodaření obce v uvedených letech, zhodnocením jejího hospodaření a vyslovením možných řešení vzniklé finanční situace. V závěru mé práce se věnuji plánovaným projektům obce. |

The aim of the thesis is to assess the financial situation of the municipality Vesela in 2007 ? 2010. The target of the thesis is to establish and assess the implementation of Veselá?s budget, to propose possible solutions to the established financial situation of the municipality, and also to assess its future development. The thesis consists of two parts - the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part the basic concepts relating to the topic are explained with the aid of scientific literature, such as municipality, municipal budget, municipal receipts and expenditures, financial analysis. The practical part develops the theoretical part, so as to analyse the implementation of the municipal budget in the said years, the assessment thereof, and to propose possible solutions of the incurred financial situation. The conclusion of my thesis is devoted to planned projects of the municipality. |
