Diplomová práce pojednává o sociálních a psychologických aspektech insolvence. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku dluhové problematiky, insolvence a její právní, sociální a psychologický dopad. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části jsou mož-nosti prevence daného jevu a pomoc insolventním osobám. Praktickou část tvoří kvalita-tivní výzkum, jehož základem je polostrukturovaný rozhovor s osobami, které se nachází v insolvenci. Získaná data jsou sestavena do kazuistik. Výzkumné šetření je zaměřeno na získání a analyzování příčin, souvislostí a dopadu insolvence na jedince ze sociálně-psychologického hlediska. |

The diploma thesis deals with the social and psychological aspects of insolvency. The the-oretical part focuses on the characteristics of debt issue, an insolvency and its legal, social and psychological impact. Discussion of the possibilities of prevention of insolvency and help to insolvent persons are an integral part of the theoretical section.The practical part of the thesis is formed by a qualitative research using half-structured interviews with persons who are insolvent. The acquired data is compiled into casuistries. The research is focused on acquiring and analyzing the causes, connections and the impact of isolvency on a per-son from a socially-psychological perspective. |
