dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku efektivního vedení lidí, důležitost motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Téma bakalářské práce, které jsem si zvolila, je natolik obšírné, že jej nelze plně obsáhnout v rozsahu této práce. Zaměřila jsem se proto hlavně na základní teorie a obecné platné zásady a přístupy, které s touto problematikou souvisejí.	cs
