Téma mé bakalářské práce je ,,Specifika ošetřovatelské péče u dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra?. Skládá se z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části definuji poruchy autistického spektra (PAS). Dále seznámím čtenáře s historickým vývojem, se specifickými projevy, diagnostikou a léčbou tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část je realizována formou rozhovorů s rodiči dětí s PAS. Hlavním účelem výzkumu je zjistit, jak se PAS projevoval u jejich dítěte, kdy byl diagnostikován, jaké specifické potřeby má jejich dítě, jaký je přístup zdravotnických pracovníků k nim a jejich dětem. |

The bachelor thesis deals with specifics of nursing care for childwith autistic spectrum disorder. It is comprised of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and the readers are introduced with historical develop-ment, manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the illness there. The practical part is realized in form of interviews with parents of children with ADS diagnosis. The main purpose is to find out the following facts: how ASD symptoms were manifested in children, when the ASD was diagnosed in children, and last but not least, what are the specific needs of children with ASD diagnosis as well as the way medical staff approaches the children and their parents. |
