dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce ?Sesterská profese včera a dnes? je zaměřená na vzdělávání a činnosti sester od 70. let doposud. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy, jako je ošetřovatelství (včetně historie), koncepce českého ošetřovatelství, profese sestry a vzdělávání sester. V empirické části práce jsou zpracovány rozhovory se sestrami, které se dělí na dvě skupiny. První skupina sester absolvovala studium v 70. letech a druhá skupina zahrnuje všeobecné sestry, které ukončily kvalifikační studium v roce 2007 - 2012. Cílem práce je poukázat na změnu koncepce českého ošetřovatelství a porovnat rozdíly ve vzdělání a kompetencích sester obou cílových skupin.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis "Nursing Profession - Yesterday and Today" is focused on education and nursing tasks from the 1970?s to the present day. The theoretical part defines such concepts as nursing (including its history), the concepts of the Czech nursing care, the profession of a nurse and education of nurses. In the empirical part of thesis interwiews with nurses who are divided into two groups are elaborated. The first group of nurses graduated in the 1970's and the second group includes nurses who completed their studies in 2007 ? 2012. The aim of this thesis is to point out the change in the concept of the Czech nursing care and to compare the differences in education and competency between these two target group of nurses.	en
