dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o trestu domácího vězení z pohledu veřejnosti Pardubického kraje. V současné době je stále více přeplněných věznic, a tak se domníváme, že trest domácího vězení může přispět ke zmírnění tohoto problému a také může snížit finanční náklady státu. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce prvotně zaměřuje na trestní zákoník. Je zde definována základní terminologie trestního zákoníku, která se dotýká alternativních trestů. Bakalářská práce dále podává přehled o jednotlivých druzích alternativních trestů. V závěru se bakalářská práce věnuje trestu domácího vězení. Empirická část se zaměřuje na veřejnost Pardubického kraje. Pomocí dotazníku zjišťuje, jaký má veřejnost názor na trest domácího vězení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis discusses the house arrest as sentence from the perspective of the public in the Pardubice region. Currently, the amount of overcrowded prisons is increasing, thus we believe that house arrest may help to alleviate this problem and can also reduce the financial cost of the state. In the theoretical part the thesis focuses initially on the Criminal Code. It defines the basic termonology of the Criminal Code, which concerns the alternative punishments. Later the bachelor thesis gives an overview of the different types of the alternative punishments. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to house arrest. The empirical part focuses on public in the Pardubice region. Using a questionnaire it finds out what the public opinion on house arrest is.	en
