dc.description.abstract	Analýza podmínek založení podniku je z hlediska aktuálního vývoje situace v České republice velmi příhodné téma k bakalářské práci. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit osobní předpoklady podnikatele pro podnikání, na základě vypracovaných analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí zjistit, zda je možné podnik založit a jestli by měl šanci se na trhu udržet. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická obsahuje definice a soustavu poznatků, týkajících se podniku, podnikatele a podnikatelského plánu, jež jsou v části praktické použity a zpracovány v celek.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Analysis of the conditions establishing a business in terms of current developments in the Czech Republic is very convenient topic for a thesis. The aim of this thesis is to assess the personal suitability for business entrepreneurs, based on analyzes prepared by internal and external environment to determine the possibilities to establish a business and if he should chance to be on the market. The thesis has two parts: theoretical and practical.
