dc.description.abstract	Zemědělství patří mezi důležité sektory národního hospodářství. Tato diplomová práce se dívá na zemědělství pohledem jedné z jeho buněk - malého zemědělského podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na identifikaci a analýzu zdrojů, kterými je možné podnik financovat. Praktická část vysvětluje některá specifika zemědělství, která jsou příčinou podpory zemědělství ze strany státu. Rozvíjí možnosti jednoho ze zdrojů - dotací a popisuje určení jednotlivých druhů podpor a podmínky nutné pro jejich získání. Tuto nabídku podpor aplikuje na možnosti konkrétního podniku XY, u něhož je též provedena podrobná analýza výnosů a nákladů pro optimalizaci jednotlivých obchodních jednotek. V jednotce "dotace" si práce klade za cíl navrhnout v podniku optimální strukturu dotací pro rok 2006.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Agriculture belongs to the important sectors of national economy. This Master thesis is looking at agriculture with a sight from one of its cells - the small agriculture company. The theoretical part is located on the identification of the recources which are possible to finance the agriculture firm. The practical part explains some specifications of agriculture which are the cause of agriculture support from the side of the state. It develops possibilities of grants for agriculture firms and applies these supports to the possibilities of concrete company XY. There's also performed the revenue and expense analysis to optimalize the separate firm's units of trading. The aim of the thesis is to propose the optimal structure of grants in firm XY for this year.	en
