Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční výkonnosti společnosti XY s.r.o. pomocí tradičních i moderních měřítek, zpracováním projektu využití vybraných ukazatelů a jejich implementací do firemní praxe. Teoretická část zahrnuje vysvětlení jednotlivých tradičních i moderních měřítek hodnocení výkonnosti. V praktické části práce je nejprve čtenář seznámen s analyzovaným podnikem a jeho odvětvím, dále následuje zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti XY s.r.o. pomocí ukazatelů uvedených v teoretické části práce. Z moderních měřítek výkonnosti podniku je pozornost věnována především konceptu ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Projektová část je zaměřena na implementaci klasických ukazatelů a konceptu EVA do společnosti, včetně zhodnocení rizik a přínosů projektu. |

The thesis deals with an evaluation of the financial performance of the company XY, Ltd. by using traditional and modern indicators and also processing the project of using selected indicators and theirs implementation into the company practice. The theoretical part includes an explanation of particular traditional and modern indicators of the financial performance. At first a reader is introduced to the analyzed company and its industry in the practical part. It is followed by the evaluation of the financial performance of the company XY, Ltd. by using the indicators given in the theoretical part of the thesis. A great deal of attention is paid first of all the concept of economic value added from modern indicators of performance of the company. An attention to the modern indicators of performance is primarily focused on the concept of economic value added. The project part is focused on the implementation of the concept EVA into the company including an evaluation of risks and benefits of the project. |
