Cílem bakalářské práce bylo stanovení vlákniny, vlhkosti a popele ve vzorcích připravených z pšenice červené. Součástí teoretické práce byla charakteristika, popis stavby a chemického složení pšenice obecné, zejména pak pšenice červené. Dále bylo shrnuto trávení základních živin, charakterizována vláknina a její účinky na člověka. |
