Diplomová práce analyzuje určení, strukturu, způsob činnosti a zajištění informační podpory zdravotnické záchranné služby. Hodnotí současný stav využití informačních a komunikačních technologií v podmínkách ZZS a na základě stanovených kritérií provádí srovnání dispečerských systémů ZZS používaných v ČR. V práci jsou také specifikovány trendy v oblasti využití technologií pro podporu činnosti ZZS. V závěru práce je proveden návrh systému tvorby vnitřního prostředí dispečerského pracoviště ZZS ve Zlínském kraji. |
