Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zabývat se vybranými rostlinami z čeledi hluchavkovitých, a to šalvějí lékařskou, mátou peprnou, mateřídouškou obecnou, hluchavkou bílou a meduňkou lékařskou. Konkrétně byly sledovány vlastnosti těchto rostlin ve vztahu k biologicky aktivním látkám. Nejčastěji se vyskytujícími látkami v těchto rostlinách jsou citral, geraniol a borneol. |

The point of my work was to analyse the selected group of plants from dead nettle family such as sage medical, mint, thyme general, dead nettle white and lemon balm. Specifically I have analysed properties of these plants in relation with biological active substances. The most frequent substances we can find in these plants are citral, geraniol and borneol. |
