dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení návratnosti investice ve firmě XY. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na SWOT analýzu, dále na obecnou charakteristiku investice, na fáze a předinvestiční přípravu, dále na metody hodnocení efektivnosti. V praktické části charakterizuji firmu XY. Zpracuji předběžnou analýzu předpokládaného vývoje ceny zemního plynu. Vyhotovím analýzu návratnosti investice v modernizaci. Na základě této analýzy provedu zhodnocení investice a vypracuji doporučení ohledně návratnosti investice.	cs
