dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza nákladového řízení a kalkulačního systému v podniku Alchema, s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů, které se vztahují k danému tématu a které jsou využity v praktické části. V praktické části následuje po představení společnosti analýza nákladů z hlediska jejich členění. V další části je podrobně analyzován současný stav řízení nákladů a kalkulací podniku. V závěru práce je zhodnocen současný systém řízení nákladů a uvedeno doporučení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor?s thesis is an analysis of the management costs and the calcula-ting system in the company Alchema, Ltd. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of the concept which relates to the given topic and which is used in the practical part. In the practical part, after presentation of the company, follows an analysis of costs from aspect of their structuring. In the next section is a detailed analysis of the current state of costs management and calculations in the company. In the end of the thesis the present cost management is evaluated and recommendation is suggested.	en
