dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Spedos s.r.o. Cílem této práce analýza a posouzení postavení společnosti Spedos s.r.o. na trhu. Na zá-kladě této analýzy jsem pak navrhla opatření, která by zlepšila její konkurenční postavení. Uvedené téma jsem si vybrala z důvodu stále se zvyšující důležitosti udržení stálé konku-renceschopnosti firem na českém trhu. Ve své práci jsem využila moderní metody analýzy, tzn. BCG matici, SWOT analýzu a Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the company Spedos Ltd. The aim of this thesis is the analysis and assessment of the position of company Spedos Ltd. on the market. According to the analysis I suggested measures which would improve its competitive position. I chose this topic because of the increasing importance of maintaining constant competitiveness of companies in the Czech market. In my bachelor thesis I use modern methods of analysis, ie. BCG matrix, SWOT analysis and Porter five forces analysis.	en
