Cíl této práce je zaměřen na poznání současného stavu pracovních motivačních faktorů a zjištění jejich vlivu na spokojenost pracovníků v Domově pro seniory Burešov. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje problematiku týkající se oblasti motivace. V praktické části jsou čtenáři obecně informováni o organizaci a seznámeni s výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu, kterým se zjišťovala úroveň motivace pracovníků v dané organizaci. Získané poznatky odhalují takové oblasti pracovní motivace, ve kterých je potřeba přijmout opatření k zajištění větší spokojenosti pracovníků. Projektová část práce definuje a realizuje navrhnuté úkoly jednotlivých opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení účinnosti motivace pracovníků. |

The aim of this work is aimed at understanding the current state of work motivation factors and determine their impact on worker satisfaction for the elderly and Burešov. The theoretical part explains the issues concerning the motivation. In the practical part, readers are generally informed about the organization and familiar with the results of a questionnaire survey, which surveyed the level of motivation of employees in the organization. The obtained findings reveal that area of work motivation in which it is necessary to take measures to ensure greater staff satisfaction. Project part defines and implements the proposed roles of the various measures to increase the efficiency of motivation. |
