dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce pojednává o současných logistických procesech společnosti Anvis AVT s.r.o. a pokouší se nastínit možné zdokonalení integrace dodavatelsko-distribučních řetězců této společnosti. V teoretické části jsou poskytnuty ucelené informace o logistice, především o důležitosti integrace logistických řetězců, stejně jako používání vhodného logistického informačního systému. V praktické části je nejdříve představena firma Anvis AVT s.r.o. s následným zaměřením na oddělení logistiky, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé úse-ky tohoto oddělení. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků je navržen vlastní projekt integrace logistického systému společnosti Anvis AVT s.r.o. Na závěr jsou všechna doporučená opatření zhodnocena včetně jejich rizik, nákladů a ekonomických přínosů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis discusses present logistic processes of the company Anvis AVT s.r.o. and tries to show possible improvements of integration of Supply Distributional Chain of this company. In the theoretical part there is provided integrated information about logis-tics, mainly about importance of integration of logistic chains, as well as the usage of suit-able logistic information system. In the practical part first of all there is introduced the company Anvis AVT s.r.o. with following focusing on the logistics department, where all sections of this department are described. On the basis of found failures there is designed own project of integration of logistic system of the company Anvis AVT s.r.o. Finally, all proposed measures are evaluated, including their risks, costs and economic benefits.	en
