Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení vybraných druhů zásob ve společnosti MITAS a.s. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a doporučit případná možná řešení ke zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami, provést analýzu vývoje zvolených zásob v dané společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o zásobách, jejich charakteristiku, členění, oceňování, ale také metody řízení zásob, optimalizaci zásob. Praktická část zahrnuje popis společnosti, prodejnost hotových výrobků, analýzu nákupu a spotřeby strategické suroviny, materiálové propočty. Na závěr bakalářské práce jsou vypracovány návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly danou situaci ve firmě zlepšit či změnit. |

The bachelor thesis looks into the issue of selected types of stock control at the MITAS joint stock company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to project and recommend some possibilities how to improve the stocks management and analyze the development of selected stocks at the company. The theoretical part contains basic information about stocks, their characterictics, structure, pricing and also methods of inventory control and inventory optimization. The practical part includes a description of the company, marketability of completed products, analysis of purchase and consumption of strategic raw material and material calculations. At the end of the bachelor thesis there are made some suggestions and recommendations that could improve or change the situation at the company. |
