Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou produkce medu. Cílem je vymezit a popsat faktory, které se na množství produkce medu podílejí a ovlivňují ji. V první kapitole je charakterizován med, jeho druhy a chemické složení. V další části jsou popsány zdroje pro tvorbu medu a jeho tvorba. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na samotné faktory, ovlivňující produkci medu, přičemž pozornost je zde věnována nemocem včel s grafickým znázorněním vlastních záznamů produkce medu v letech 2000 ? 2012. |
