Práce zachycuje současný stav řízení kvality v ZPS ? Slévárna, a.s. a navrhuje cesty k získání nových zákazníků tedy cílových skupin. V první části práce je obsažen teoretický základ, který slouží k pochopení problematiky. V druhé části je provedena analýza systému ma-nagementu kvality a výrobního programu slévárny. Po navrhnutí řešení byl proveden interní audit a kalkulace nákladů. |
