Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje působení firmy Baťa a.s. v Třebíči v letech 1931 - 1945. Obsahuje stručné informace o historii třebíčského podniku, popisuje sociální politiku práce a sociální zázemí zaměstnanců. Přibližuje Baťovu školu práce a Klub absolventů Baťovy školy. Práce je doplněna o životopisy Tomáše a Jana Baťovy a dobové fotografie.

The Bachelor thesis describes existence of the firm Baťa a.s. in Třebíč within years 1931 - 1945. It contains brief informations about history of the company in Třebíč, describes the social employment policy and social conditions of the employees. It brings closer the Baťa's school of work and the Club of leavers of the Baťa's school. The thesis is supplemented with the biographies of Tomáš and Jan Baťa and with the contemporary photos.
