Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na drogovou problematiku a Kontaktní centrum Charáč v Uherském Hradišti. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak uživatelé vnímají danou sociální službu a jakým způsobem ji hodnotí. Teoretická část práce zpracovává teoretická východiska z oblasti drog, která popisují nejznámější drogy, drogovou závislost, dále práce popisuje instituce, které jsou zaměřeny na práci s drogově závislými a sociální prací s uživateli s drogovou závislostí. Praktická část práce odpovídá na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, na kterou se pomocí rozhovorů snaží najít odpovědi. Rozhovory byly realizovány s uživateli Kontaktního centra Charáč v Uherském Hradišti a v závěru praktické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky daného šetření. |

The presented bachelor´s thesis is focused on drugs problematic and Contact center Charáč in Uherské Hradiště. Main purpose of this thesis is determinate feelings about this social service by the drug addicted people and their rating. Theoretical part of the thesis processes theoretical resources from drug section, which describing the most known drugs, drug addiction and next way this thesis describe institutions, which are focused on drug addicted people and social work with drug addicted users. Practical part of thesis reply the main reserching question and trying to find an answer via interwievs. The interwievs were reali-zed with users from Contact center Charáč in Uherské Hradiště and at the end of practial part of thesis are listed the investigation results. |
