Zdravotně sociální pracovník je profese novodobá a mnoho laiků i odborníků si ji neumí zařadit, neznají její specifikace. Práce se proto zabývá kompetencemi zdravotně sociálního pracovníka. V teoretické části jsou uvedená zákonná ustanovení profese zdravotně sociálního pracovníka a zákony, se kterými se zdravotně sociální pracovník potýká v praxi. Dále práce popisuje charakteristické cílové skupiny, se kterými zdravotně sociální pracovník pracuje ve zdravotnických a sociálních zařízeních. V samostatné kapitole je poukázáno na zdravotně sociálního pracovníka jako člena multidisciplinárního týmu a jeho spolupráci s dalšími organizacemi. Průzkumná část má kvalitativní charakter. Na příkladu kazuistik ze zdravotnických zařízení a sociálních zařízeních se prokazuje význam zdravotně sociálních pracovníků v praxi. |

Healthcare social worker is a modern profession and many laymen and experts cannot classify it, they do not know it is specification. The thesis is aimed to the competence of a health care social worker. In the theoretical part there are listed the legalities of the profession of health social worker and laws, which health social worker is struggling in practice. Furthermore the work describes the characteristics of the target group which health social worker work with in health care and social facilities. At the individual chapter there is reference to the health social worker as a member of a multidisciplinary team and it is cooperation with other organizations. The reconnaissance part has a qualitative nature. At the example of case reports from health care facilities and social facilities shall be demon-strated the importance of health and social workers in practice. |
