dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavádění metodiky totálně produktivní údržby ve společnosti UNEX a.s. Cílem teoretické části je definovat totálně produktivní údržbu a její jednotlivé pilíře. Analytická část se zaměřuje na popis současného stavu údržby a pokračuje s analýzou poruchovosti stroje WHN 13.8 CNC. Na základě úvodní analýzy je zpracován návrh projektu, který definuje metodický postup pro aplikaci totálně produktivní údržby. V závěru práce jsou opatření k celkovému zefektivnění údržby a úspěšné aplikaci totálně produktivní údržby.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is aimed at the implementation of the methodology of the total productive maintenance in the UNEX company. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the total productive maintenance and its individual pillars. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of maintenance and continues with failure analysis of WHN 13.8 CNC machine. Based on the initial analysis is developed a project proposal that defines the methodology for the application of Total Productive Maintenance. In conclusion, there are measures the overall effectiveness of the maintenance and the successful application of total productive maintenance.
