Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza motivačního systému ve Společnosti XY s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako motivace, motivační proces, motiv, stimul, stimulace a potřeba. Dalšími body jsou teorie motivace, pracovní motivace, motivační pro-gram podniku a odměňování a spokojenost pracovníků. V praktické části jsou zahrnuty základní informace o společnosti, SWOT analýza a analýza dotazníkového šetření spokojenosti pracovníků s motivačním systémem ve společnosti XY s.r.o. V závěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení a doporučení pro zdokonalení motivačního systému ve společnosti. |

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is analysis of a motivation system in the Company XY s.r.o. In the theoretical part there are defined basic terms of motivation, motivation process, motive, stimulus, stimulation and need. Other points are theory of motivation, work motivation, employee motivation and rewarding of employeesand satisfaction of employees. The practical part includes basic information about the company, SWOT analysis and analysis of the survey of staff satisfaction with motivation system in the Company XY s.r.o. In conclusion I offer an evaluation and recommendation for possible improvement of the current motivation system in the company. |
