Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit s problematikou založení soukromého domova pro seniory ve Zlínském kraji. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část představuje požadavky pro založení podniku, co má obsahovat podnikatelský plán a seznámení se sociální službou u nás. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu prostředí Zlínského kraje a zjištění potřeb v oblasti sociálních služeb pro seniory. Dále se zabývá postupem založení, fungování a kapitálové náročnosti pro vstup na trh a pro každodenní provoz zařízení. |

The aim of the thesis is familiar with the issues of establishing a private home for the elderly in Zlin region. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents the requirements for the establishing an enterprise, necessity of the business plan and describing with social services issues in our country. The practical part contains an analysis of the surroundings in the Zlín region and identification of needs in the field of social services for elderly. It also deals with procedure establishment, operation and capital intensity to enter the market and for the daily operation of the facility. |
