Diplomová práce se zabývá fluktuací obsluh prodejen ve společnosti XY. Cílem teoretické části bylo shrnout teoretické poznatky o fluktuaci zaměstnanců a poskytnout informační základnu pro praktickou část diplomové práce. Analytická část se zabývala analýzou fluk-tuace obsluh prodejen ve společnosti XY. Byla zjištěna vysoká míra fluktuace těchto za-městnanců. Analyzovány byly i příčiny fluktuace. Bylo zjištěno množství nedostatků v personální práci společnosti XY. Tyto nedostatky ovlivnily vysokou míru fluktuace. Na základě analytické části byl vytvořen projekt. Jeho cílem bylo snížení fluktuace obsluh prodejen ve společnosti XY. Projekt obsahuje ekonomickou náročnost, určení odpovědnos-ti a analýzu rizik spojených s jeho realizací. |

Master thesis deals with turnover of the store attendants in the company XY. The theoreti-cal part serves to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the employee turnover and to provide the information base for the practical part of the thesis. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the turnover of the store attendants in the company XY. A high turnover rate for these employees was found and the causes of the turnover were analysed. A number of shortcomings was found in the personnel work of the company XY. These shortcomings affected the high turnover rate. Based on the analytical part of the thesis the project was created. Its aim was to reduce the attendant turnover in the company XY. The project includes the cost calculation, the distribution of the responsibilities and the analysis of the risks associated with the implementation of the project. |
