dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Sebehodnocení učitelek mateřských škol. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je uvedeno vysvětlení pojmů sebehodnocení a sebereflexe učitelky mateřské školy. Dále se zabývá v teoretické rovině jednotlivými kompetencemi učitelek mateřských škol. Také je zde zmíněn důležitý dokumentu Kompetentní učitel 21. Století - Mezinárodní profesní rámec kvality ISSA. Tento dokument je rozdělený na sedm oblastí, které jsou stěžejní pro práci MŠ. Tyto oblasti jsou v teoretické části popsány. V praktické části je popsán zrealizovaný výzkum kvantitativního typu. Pro tento výzkum byla použita metoda dotazník. Výzkum byl zaměřen na sebe-hodnocení učitelek MŠ a obsahuje zjištěná data.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my bachelor thesis is the following: Self-Evaluation of Kindergarten Tea-chers. The work on this thesis has consisted in an extensive practical part which is com-plemented by a theoretical part. The theoretical part includes definitions of the terms "self-evaluation" and "self-reflection" of a kindergarten teacher. Further on, it lists and explains in detail competencies of a kindergarten teacher. In this regards, the thesis draws on a key document entitled "Competent Teacher of the 21st Century" which serves as an internatio-nal pedagogical quality framework and has been developed by the International Step by Step Association (ISSA). This document focuses on seven areas which are the core areas of kindergarten teachers´ work. The thesis provides a thorough description of each of these areas. The practical part of my thesis brings detailed information about a quantitative re-search that I carried out. For the purposes of this research, I employed the method of a questionnaire survey. In my survey, I focused on the issue of self-reflection of kindergar-ten teachers and my thesis presents and explains my findings.
