dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti plánované investice společnosti Carletti s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o investicích a o způso-bech hodnocení jejich efektivnosti. V praktické části je přiblížena stávající situace společ-nosti a její potřeba investičního projektu. Následuje vypracování očekávaných peněžních toků spojených s investicí v průběhu pořízení a po celou dobu životnosti. V poslední části jsou tyto toky vyhodnoceny jednotlivými metodami hodnocení efektivnosti investic (čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento, doba návratnosti, rentabilita investice). V závěrečných doporučeních jsou shrnuty výsledky metod a na základě nich vyhotoveno doporučení k realizaci investičního projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of the planned investment company Carletti Ltd. The theoretical part summarizes the findings of investments and ways of evaluating their effectiveness. The practical part introduces the current situation of the company and its need for investment project. Following part contains development of the expected cash flows associated with the investment during the acquisition and through-tout life. In the last part, these flows are evaluated by different methods of assessing the effectiveness of investments (net present value, internal rate of return, playback period, return on investment). The final recommendations are summarized results of the methods and drawn on the basis of their recommendations on the implementation of the investment project.
