dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného risk managementu firmy Global Investment Planners, s.r.o. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky z teorie rizika v podnikání malé a střední firmy, risk managementu firmy a krizového plánování ve firmě. V praktické části je představena firma Global Investment Planners, s.r.o., ve které bylo šetření provedeno. Předmětem analýzy bylo zjistit, zda je risk management ve firmě dostatečný, dobře a efektivně nastavený a zda má firma krizový plán pro rychlou reakci na krizovou situaci. Na základě zjištěných informací je na konci diplomové práce zpracován projekt pro firmu, jak efektivně a adekvátně nastavit risk management tohoto konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Master´s thesis deals with analysis of current risk management of Global Investment Planners, Ltd. The theoretical part includes knowledge of the theory of risk in the business of small and medium-sized businesses, companies risk management and contingency planning in the company. In the practical part is introduced the firm Global Investment Planners, Ltd., for which this analysis was conducted. The subject of the analysis was to determine if the risk management in the company is sufficient, well and efficiently configured and if the company has an emergency plan for rapid response to the crisis. Based on the findings information is at the end of the thesis prepared a project for the company, how to effectively and adequately set up risk management of this particular business entity.
