dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je literární rešerše k problematice bezpečnosti přepravy prostředky silniční dopravy. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V části teoretické je uveden význam bezpečné přepravy potravin pro život a zdraví člověka a konkrétní silniční dopravní prostředky pro přepravu potravin. Praktická část se zaměřuje na identifikaci konkrétních rizik a jejich vyhodnocení pomocí různých metod a analýz. Závěr práce pojednává o opatřeních k eliminaci či redukci vybraných rizik

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is a literaly research on problems concerning The Security of Food Transportation by Instruments of Traffic. It is divided into two parts: the practical part and the theoretical part. In the theoretical part we will deal with the significance of the safe transportation of food in relation to its importance for human well-being and the specific means of transportation used for the transport of food. The practical part is concerned with the identification of the specific risks and their evaluation carried out by variable methods and analyses. In the conclusion the work is dealing with precautions for elimination or reduction of analyzed threats.
