dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o systému varování a vyrozumívání v Pardubickém kraji a o znalostech varovných signálů pro obyvatelstvo. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika varování a vyrozumění, jejich koncové prvky a varovné signály. Dále zahrnuje současný stav tohoto systému a použití těchto technických prvků v Pardubickém kraji. Obsahuje také praktickou část zaměřenou na rozbory dvou modelových situací, ve kterých je poukázáno především na koncové prvky vybraných ohrožených oblastí, kde byla část lidí poptávána o jejich znalostech při zaznění varovného signálu formou dotazníku. Pro lepší informovanost obyvatelstva je v práci navrhnuto doporučení a zlepšení opatření řešené problematiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's thesis discusses the system of warning and notification in the Pardubice region, and the knowledge of warning signals for population. The characteristics of warning and notification, their final elements and warning signals are discribed in theoretical part. Further, it includes the current status of this system, and applying these technical elements in the Pardubice region. It also contains a practical part focused on the analyses of two model situations, which mainly point out the final elements of selected vulnerable territories, where part of the people were asked about their knowledge of warning signal sounds in the form of questionnaire. For better awareness of population, the recommendations and improvement measures of the discussed issue are suggested in this thesis.
