dc.description.abstract	V současnosti je cílem podniků, jak tuzemských, tak i zahraničních, udržet si svoji konkurenceschopnost na trhu. Jedním ze způsobů, jak si tuto konkurenceschopnost udržet, je optimalizace nákladů. Náklady podniku jsou účelně vynaložené vstupy, vyjádřené v peněžních jednotkách, kterých se musíme vzdát, abychom v budoucnu dosáhly předpokládaného užitku. Hlavními kritérii podnikových nákladů je jejich efektivnost, hospodárnost a rentabilita. Úkolem této diplomové práci je nejprve teoreticky zpracovat problematiku podnikových nákladů, provést analýzu společnosti DT výhybkárna a mostárna a. s. a na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout a vypracovat projekt na optimalizaci nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In present time the aim of both domestic and foreign company is to keep their competitiveness on the market. One of the ways how to maintain this competitiveness is cost optimization. Business costs are functionally expended inputs, expressed in financial units, which we must give up in order to reach supposed profit in the future. The main criteria for business cost are their efficiency, economy and rentability. The aim of this Master thesis is first of all compiling business cost problems theoretically, making analysis at the company DT výhybkárna a mostárna a. s., and then, on the basis of these pieces of knowledge, suggesting and developing the project of cost optimization.
