dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci si kladu za cíl vyprojektovat návrh na zavedení jakostní normy pro překladatelství Deutsches Institut für Normung - DIN 2345 v překladatelské agentuře Zelenka. Norma DIN 2345 je zaměřena na překladatelství a její implementace v překladatelské agentuře výrazně přispívá ke zlepšení celkové kvality překladatelských produktů. V první části je zpracována literární rešerše z dané oblasti a formulovány teoretická východiska pro zpracování analýzy. V analytické části je detailně rozpracován současný stav řízení projektů v překladatelské agentuře Zelenka. Na základě poznatků ze situační analýzy jsou navržena konkrétní návrhy pro zlepšení stávající situace. Vybraný prvek ideového záměru je propracován v projektovém řešení. V závěrečné části jsou zhodnoceny přínosy projektu a formulována doporučení, která plynou z daného projektového řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my diploma work is to design and implement the Deutsches Institut für Normung - DIN 2345 quality norms in the Zelenka Translation Agency. The DIN 2345 norm is aimed at translations and its implementation within the agency significantly contributes to the overall improvement of all translation products. The first part presents a prepared literary research from the given area and formulates technological basis for processing the analysis. The analytical part has a detailed outline of the present status of project management within the Zelenka Translation Agency. Based on data from the situation analysis, specific solutions have been offered to improve the current situation. The selected element of the idea’s intent is worked out in the project solution. The conclusion evaluates the project’s benefits and formulates recommendations, which stem from the given project solution.
