dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů hemoterapie. Popisuje složení krve, potřebná vyšetření při hemoterapii, typy transfuzních přípravků a krevních derivátů a mož-né komplikace při léčbě. Závěr teoretické části je věnován zásadám účelné hemoterapie. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na výzkum povědomí sester o existenci a obsahu standar-dizovaných dokumentů zabývajících se hemoterapií v zúčastněných zdravotnických zaří-zeních. Při výzkumu byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl zamě-řen na problematiku léčby transfuzními přípravky, krevními deriváty a zásad hemoterapie v praxi. Na podkladě získaných dat byly vyhodnoceny znalosti sester v intenzivní péči, interních a chirurgických oborech vybraných nemocnic. Získaná zjištění byla vyhodnocena a data vložena do tabulek a grafů. Na základě získaných výsledků byl vypracován infor-mační projekt, který byl předán hlavním sestrám nemocnic, kde šetření proběhlo. Jako příloha je zpracovaná kazuistika pacienta léčeného transfuzními přípravky a krevními deriváty.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part is focused on definition of hemotherapy. It describes the composition of the blood, tests needed during hemotherapy, types of transfusion products and blood derivatives and possible complications during treatment. The conclusion of the theoretical part is dedicated to principles of effective hemotherapy. The practical part is focused on research of nurses' awareness of the existence and content of standardized documents dealing with hemotherapy in the participating health facilities. During the research, a quantitative method of questionnaire survey was chosen. The ques-tionnaire was focused on problematics of treatment with transfusion products, blood deriv-atives and hemotherapy principles in practice. Based on the obtained data, knowledge of nurses in intensive care, internal and surgical disciplines of selected hospitals were evalu-ated. The obtained findings have been evaluated and data processed into tables and graphs. Based on the obtained I worked out the information project that I passed to head nurses in hospitals where the research took place. Case study of a patient being treated with transfusion products and blood derivatives is worked up in the annex.
